We take immense pride in crafting and sourcing the highest quality sourdough baked goods, sourcrust ferments, organic tea blends, healthy snacks, oils, and spices. Because our products include fresh food items and perishable goods, we have designed a fair and transparent policy to protect your purchase.

Perishable & Fresh Food Products

Due to the safety, hygiene, and perishable nature of our artisanal sourdough, live ferments, and fresh food products, these items cannot be returned. However, if your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, we want to make it right. Please take a photo of the product and contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a replacement or a full refund.

Shelf-Stable Goods

For our shelf-stable items—including dried herbs, healthy spice blends, premium healthy oils, and sealed tea blends—we offer a 14-day return window. To be eligible for a return, the items must be unopened, unused, in their original packaging, and in the same pristine condition that you received them.

Processing Your Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are automatically processed back to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
